when FocusScope is nested does not draws focus dotted rectangle

If a ListView wrapped in a ScrollView which is wrapped in aFocusScope hitting Tab does not draw focus to checkable group box though group box does have focus which can be verified if you hit space bar.

Run the example,

When focus is in list hit Tab to move focus on first group box "Feature 1 Enable" dotted square is not visible but if you hit space bar check box is checked.

If you hit Tab again focus moves to next group box and this time this does shows focus.
