QFile::copy does not copy on 'wheel' read&write permitted folder

      QFile::copy(src, target) does not perform the copy of the source toward a target folder that use a 'wheel' account   permitted read/write

      i just noticed it on OS X.14  ...  see attached with permission given.. if you add an admin account  it will work fine, staff works fine too.

      wheel should behave like admin
