configure -static -qt-libpng => build fails with 'libpng' not defined

      When configured with options 

      "-static" and "-qt-libpng"

      , NMake should build, and then use, libpng from the source provided in qtbase-everywhere-src-<version>\src\3rdparty\libpng.

      However, after long compilation NMake fails with "Project ERROR:  Library 'libpng' is not defined."
