Qt app crashes when user press a QAction

    Description

      On iOS 12, if a user has enabled Accessibility Speak Screen, the application (QWidget based) crashes immediately when a QAction from a QMenu is pressed.

      This is probably related to QTBUG-70909, but the solution given there (putting a title) does not work for that.

      I join a trace of the crash

      I badly need some help to find a workaround, please.
