[Windows] Suspending (sleep) the OS while a WebEngine app is executed leads to asserts in debug mode and rendering issues (frozen) in release

    Description

      0) Have microphone
      1) Build / start simplebrowser and go to https://webcammictest.com/check-microphone.html
      2) Choose Sleep from the power menu in Windows
      3) Wake up
      4) Try to interact with page / check logs

      Seems to work fine-ish with ANGLE, but not with Desktop GL.
      In release mode, page freezes.
      In debug mode there are asserts.
