      I have found that whilst window flags exist not all of them are functional.  I downloaded the WindowFlags example on OSX, built and run, a lot of the flags have no effect.

      Specifically I am trying to write an application that can be built and run on Windows, OSX or Linux and I would like to use the setWindowFlags function with the appropriate flags to control access to features like window widgets and features.
