CMAKE: qmlcachegen not found on windows

    Description

      The qmlcachegen tool is not found when using cmake on windows. The script is looking for qmlcachegen, but on windows it's named qmlcachegen.exe. After fixing the cmake file, the qml compiler works as expected.
