windeployqt do not accept space in path

    Description

      Windeployqt.exe do not accept space in path even with quote.

      windeployqt.exe --debug --pdb "C:\...\Dir with space\Bin\GUI.exe" --qmldir "C:\...\Dir with space\Qt\5.11.1\msvc2015_64\qml\" --no-qmltooling --no-multimedia --no-svg --no-bluetooth --no-webkit2 --no-opengl-sw --no-angle --no-translations --no-system-d3d-compiler --no-compiler-runtime

      give the followinf error :

      qmlimportscanner returned 1: qmlimportscanner: Invalid argument: "--no-qmltooling"
