[Reg: 5.11.2->5.12.0] Windows: Not able drop QDockWindow back to dock by drag'n'drop

    Description

      There is an issue in 5.12.0 that user can drag a view off the dock but cannot drop it back to dock by using drag-drop. Double-clicking still works in both ways.
      Please refer to attached sample, user is not able to drop window back to dock area using drag and drop.

      It is working fine with 5.11.2
