Ignore auto repeat for text fields on macOS

Ignore auto repeat for text fields as in a native text field (such as TextEdit) it will not repeat the key because it is possible that a character accent menu will appear to choose from when holding a key down. Even if one does not appear then it still does not auto-repeat. Whereas in places where the menu does not show up (such as Terminal) the auto repeat is allowed and those should continue to work as normal. This can be reproduced in any textedit, just hold down the "e" key and a menu will appear while it continues to add letters.
