qt-config-gui: Provide better explanations for why features are not available or disabled

      As a user it is difficult to see why certain feature flags are not available or disabled. This could be helped by showing the condition that failed and showing the values of the operands in that condition. This would allow seeing which config test or other requirement is missing.
