Developer build for webengine is very slow for armv7

    Description

      Linking qtwebengine libraries on developerbuild for armv7 is very slow on CI. Linking for arm64 works a lot faster.

      See armv7 for example this integration:

      https://testresults.qt.io/coin/integration/qt/qt5/tasks/1545179956

      Linking of libQt5WebEngineCore.so takes > 45min and Coin stops the process. By manually executing make on similar machine, the linking step seems to take 83min.

      Linking same library for arm64 on the same integration shows that linking libQt5WebEngineCore.so takes less than 3min.
