qmake doesn't use the project name when generating a vcproj file, it uses the TARGET name

qmake doesn't use the MAKEFILE name when generating a vcproj file, it uses the TARGET name, this means that the names of the configurations in the vcproj file are based on the target and not the project/makefile as before. It should either be possible to configure this or change it back.
