[REG 5.11.3->5.12.0]: opengl32sw.dll cannot be loaded with the MinGW 7.3.0 version of Qt

    Description

      When specifying QT_OPENGL=software, it will attempt to load the opengl32sw.dll but it will fail with an error code 0x000000c1 and as a result falls back to desktop OpenGL. Maybe a new version needs to be built so that it can be loaded.
