Focus ring of QComboBox is misaligned (MacOS small widgets)

      When using small widgets on MacOS (-> QWidget::setAttribute(Qt::WA_MacSmallSize)) the focus ring position is wrong, see screenshot.

      qmacstyle_mac.mm adds an offset to the ring position, if this offset isn't set the resulting focus ring looks fine. See attached patch.
