Qt Charts changes in Qt 6

Reconsider the QtCharts namespace. Current problems with it:

• It is orthogonal to Qt namespace. That is, -qtnamespace does not apply to Charts
• Class documentation does not mention it, nor does it show up in http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/namespaces.html . Compare this to e.g. Qt 3D, where the documentation lists the namespace.
