Create online server for testing code snippets for Qt bug reporting

When reporting recently I have encounter problem with reporting bugs which were not accepted first because of problem of multiple platforms, multiple build environments etc., mistakes in configuration etc.

It would be great to simply try if bug is valid as snippet here or on other Qt server and ad link to test/bug example.

• Support mulitple environments
• Support mutliple Qt version 
• Support for unittests
  • Add code + add data
• Created as docker ( to test it locally first or in own environment )
