camerabin cannot support I420 configuration to omx encoder

    Description

      In qtmultimedia, /plugins/gstreamer/camerabin/camerabinsession.cpp

      usb camera -> omx h264 encoder

      The output format of usb camera cannot change to  I420 to fit for the omx encoder format.

      I don't know to change the camerbin output to I420.
