Simplify online repository builds

      When updating the online repository at staging server it requires the build agent to upload:

      • pkg/
      • repository/
      • config.xml

      In order to create/update a online repository. All the required (meta) information should already exist in "repository/". Simplify the installer-framework repogen usage. This also makes the packaging scripts simpler and reduces network traffic -> faster online repository builds.
