Disable neon instructions assembly codepaths for Integrity

    Description

      Integrity doesn't understand NEON instructions in assembly. According to GHS the defines _ARM_NEON_ and __ARM_NEON indicate that there are NEON intrinsics available for the platform and does not mean that you can write GNU style assembly for it.

      This task is to disable the flags so that Qt codepaths which have hand written assembly code are ignored.
