system zlib not detected on macOS

    Description

      system zlib not detected automatically. passing -system-zlib option to configure script fails configuration with next message:
      ERROR: Feature 'system-zlib' was enabled, but the pre-condition 'libs.zlib' failed.
      affected branches at least dev and 5.12
      but compilation from tag v5.12.0 has no issues with zlib detection
      config.log files for dev and 5.12 branches and v5.12.0 tag attached
