Application freezes when brought back trom background and keyboard is activated

      tested on Android 9 64 bit and Android 6 32 bit.

      I made a minimal example to reproduce this:

      When bring the focus to the text area and the android keyboard opens. Now put the app in the background for some seconds. When you switch back to the app freezes.

      Maybe even the textarea is enough. This is just similar to my app where I found this behaviour.
