QMenuBar layout not updated when changing the display scale from 100% to 200%

    Description

      In Windows, when changing the display scale from 100% to 200%, the QMenuBar items are updated with a new font size but the layout is not.  This happens also in Qt Creator, Assistant...

       

      To duplicate the issue, open any Qt application with a display scale of 100%, then go to Windows Settings, Display Settings and change the value in Scale and Layout from 100% to 200%.
