Can't build Qt 5.12 with -no-feature-tabletevent on windows

      Hi

      Qt 5.12 is not possible to build with -no-feature-tabletevent on windows

      OS: Windows 10 64bit

      compiler: MSVC 2015

      configure.bat -opensource -v -confirm-license -debug -no-opengl -nomake examples -nomake tests -no-feature-tabletevent

       

      as qwindowspointerhadler.cpp is not properly ifdef-ed
