Make tier2 toolchain/lib versions available trough online installer

    Description

      We should provide as much information as possible about the released binaries. One missing information is the sw versions we are provisioning to tier2 templates. Atm we are alreaydy exporting the sw_versions.txt along the binaries, so we should provide it along test and build logs.
