Windows: Dock widgets do not follow activation state of main window

When floating a dock widget, the title is initially inactive. After clicking the dock widget titlebar, it becomes active while the mainwindow titlebar becomes inactive. After deactivating and reactivating the application by switching with alt-tab, either the mainwindow or dock widget has an active titlebar.
