QSlider item delegate is not painted correctly in macOS style

      The CC_Slider control is being painted in the top left corner of an item view when using QStyle::drawComplexControl(). This affects only the macOS style, similar to the linked bug report. QTBUG-72558

       

      I attached a sample project that I tested with Qt 5.9.6 and Qt 5.12.0. The bug is NOT present in 5.9.6. Unfortunately I currently don't have the environment to test the versions in between.
