5.9.7: all test logs missing for MSVC2013 x64, qtdoc only has test log for gcc x64

    Description

      Install Qt5.9.7 content, also Logs.

      Test logs missing for all components on MSVC2013 x64 compiler, e.g. installDir\5.9.7\Logs\test_logs\qtbase_testLogs\Windows-Windows_8_1-MSVC2013-Windows-Windows_8_1-X86_64\.

      Build logs are available on Windows-Windows_8_1-MSVC2013-Windows-Windows_8_1-X86_64.

      qtdoc has test log only for gcc x64.
