If a user clicks directly on a location on the slider and releases the mouse click without moving, the slider value is updated without emitting a slider moved event.

(If the mouse is moved, the slider moved does get emitted)

Attached is a video showing clicking on the slider. There is a qdebug message attached to the slider moved event. Notice that the debug message is only triggered once the slider is dragged
