QHelpEngine fails to open collection in readonly location

    Description

      https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/203587/ introduced a regression:

      It tries to modify the qhc sqlite db in place, to add some index tables, even when the db is in a readonly location.

      Apparently, qhelpgenerator does not create the required tables, so this is the "default" situation.
