QDockWidget, without DockWidgetFloatable set, absent from QDockWidget context menu

      Non-floatable dock widgets are non-selectable on the QDockWidget context menu, which means that developers need to make special provision for any fixed dock widget which is hideable. A hidden fixed dock widget is no more recoverable than a closed floating dock widget, and infinitely less so at present.
