    Description

      Qt Linguist features a 'splash screen' on startup.

      Splash screens are a paradigm for showing activity for programs that take long to load. Anyhow, Linguist opens very fast on todays machines, and the other Qt tools (including Qt Creator) don't feature a splash screen either, so we should arguably just remove it.
