Add a Home Automation / White Appliances demo in to the B2Qt Demo Launcher

Currently, the B2Qt Demo Launcher (try it on your Android phone from here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.theqtcompany.boot2qtlauncher&hl=en) does not have a suitable sample / demo for Home Automation or White Appliances needs. Please select from existing or create new suitable demo's that can be used with B2Qt Demo Launcher and update the B2Qt Demo Launcher app.

Optimally this is done in time for Embedded World 2019.

While at it, be sure not to brake QTBUG-72852 but instead add the new demo in to the auto-running demo mode loop.
