tst_QHeaderView::defaultSectionSizeTest fails on WinRT with updated Freetype

    Description

      As found in https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/247785/

      When upgrading Freetype to v2.9.1, tst_QHeaderView::defaultSectionSizeTest starts failing on WinRT. There are a few similar ones that are currently QSKIPed in that test, so we agreed to do the same for this until they can be investigated.
