Maximizing From Task Bar not maximizing Window

If you minimize a window, then from the task bar attempt to maximize the window, the window does not appear properly.

For myself (running from Visual Studio) the window does not get maximized, although the icons in the top right indicate that it is. (see maximize.gif)

For another user, who is running the application outside of Visual Studio, she gets full screen, however the contents don't adjust. (see maximize.png)
