QFileDialog incorrectly filters shortcut file names

A QFileDialog instance (in non-native mode under Windows) incorrectly filters shortcut files. Shortcut files referring to a file having a filename extension that would pass the named filters will not show up in the dialog.

For example, setting the named filters to "Image (.jpg)", will show files matching the ".jpg" filter, but it will not show any shortcut files that refer to such files (see attached images).

Note: the asterisk symbol seems to get lost in the editing of the text above.
