[REG 5.12.1->5.13.0] webengine/quicknanobrowser crashes

    Description

      Install 5.13.0 snapshot from online staging repository, MSVC2017 (x64 or x86). Launch Creator and open project webengine/quicknanobrowser, compile and launch application, app crashes with following log in compiler ouput

      [8284:14012:0204/140134.299:FATAL:com_init_util.cc(71)] Check failed: false. CoCreateInstance calls in Chromium require explicit COM initialization via base::CreateCOMSTATaskRunnerWithTraits() or ScopedCOMInitializer. See the comment in DCheckedCoCreateInstance for more details.
