Transparent Windows Not Transparent

    Description

      After b64ce6f6 [1], the transparency effect does not work for Konsole.

      Similar issues can be seen with at least some of the LXQt themes, where the panel will not be transparent, and sometimes already closed windows will leave remnants of their text on it, until something else “paints over it”. This was mainly observed using the 'Fusion' Qt Style and 'Dark' LXQt Theme, using KWin as the window manager.
