    Description

      Error: Feature 'openssl-linked' was enabled, but the pre-condition '!features.securetransport && libs.openssl' failed

      Looks like you expect only openssl 1.1+, since 1.1 they changed names from ssleay/libssleay to libssl/libcrypto on Windows too.

      openssl 1.1.1a is configured with no-shared parameter
