QComboBox does not show checkboxes

      I tried to attach a list model and a standard item model to a QComboBox. Both models should make each item checkable. However on my Linux System Qt refuses to show the check-boxes.

      The behavior can be reproduced with the code snippet from the following link:

      On Windows the check-boxes are shown properly.
