CentOS 7, Gnome 3.28
When a system tray icon is shown at the startup of the desktop then it can end up not responding to mouse events right away. If the application is started manually, or if the machine is locked and then unlocked then it works fine.
This does not happen with all window managers, but happens on CentOS 7 using Gnome 3.28.
