Mac: configure fails in 5.12 head

      After https://codereview.qt-project.org/253009, running configure in qtbase started failing with

      ERROR: The OpenGL functionality tests failed!
      You might need to modify the include and library search paths by editing QMAKE_INCDIR_OPENGL[_ES2], QMAKE_LIBDIR_OPENGL[_ES2] and QMAKE_LIBS_OPENGL[_ES2] in the mkspec for your platform.

      Observed on 2 different machines, MacOS 10.14.3 and 10.13.6 respectively. Both Xcode 10.1.

      Attached config.logs , both the failing and the succeeding after reverting above commit.

      Tested with no parameters to configure.
