Assess and develop Qt Lite feature set for low-end and MCU needs

Qt is aiming to get into lower-end devices than before, including MCUs. Qt Lite initiative added the feature system to configure, which allows easily enabling/disabling functionality inside Qt modules.

Assess the set of these features with an eye towards how well they serve the goal of creating low-end devices. Create new tasks to address the found deficits (for example by adding new features).
