module conditions in configure.json return true even if module is not built

      See comment in QualifiedNameNode::eval in expressionnodes.cpp line 148:

          if (m_category == "module") // TODO: Retrieving the correct information is not possible atm
        return true;

      This should be fixed once the tool actually understands whether a module are present in the build.
