Button has wrong baselineOffset

      In 5.9, the Button element has a baselineOffset which is off by 1-pixel in all styles except the Material one (where it's correct).

      In 5.12.1 things have gotten a bit better, because the fusion style seems to be correct, too. But the Universal and Default style are still off by one.

      Please try the attached test case.
