QComboBox menu is drawn shifted

      QComboBox menu is drawn shifted. It looks fine when animation end, but is start like on my picture

      but every QComboBox in QtCreator based on 5.12 looks like this

      I think Qt should fix this for 5.12.2 release

      all fine in Qt 5.11.3
