Export targets for each modules tools (e.g. Qt5CoreTools)

    Description

      Each Qt tool can usually be associated with a Qt module.
      rcc, moc -> qtcore
      uic -> qtgui

      Requirements:
      1) When building a module, alongside the exported cmake config file for the module itself, also export a config file for the available module tools.
      1.1) This will be used by the build system when doing a cross build. See QTBUG-74133
      1.2) It can "maybe?" also be used by final applications.
