Description
When using kernel 2.6.32 a few definitions seem to be missing. See discussion over at
https://forum.qt.io/topic/77962/problem-building-qt-5-8-0-on-centos-6-8
A solution would be to simply if-not-defined-we-define them to fix the deficit of that buggy kernel. It would enable QtGamepad to them compile on most recent CentOS 6 and RHEL 6 distros.
