    Description

      In qtbase/src/corelib/io/qfilesystemengine_win.cpp the implementation of QFileSystemEngine::createLink() says: 

      // TODO implement; - code needs to be moved from qfsfileengine_win.cpp

      It's been like that since the qtbase module was created.
