Missing map plugins on windows 10

      While launching examples such as minimal map, plane spotter, places map  the maps are not displayed at all.

      In Mapviewer or places exmaples there is a possibility of selecting plugins: only ersi plugin map provider is rendered.
      In all other 5 cases, the maps are "blank" (including osm, mapboxgl).

       

      On ubuntu linux osm and mapboxgl plugins are displayed properly.

       

      Tested on Windows 10, MinGW64 bits, Qt 5.12.2 from the online installer.
